How long will it take for me to receive my order?
In most cases you should receive your order in 2-5 business days. However, certain custom orders may require us to procure special crystals. In such cases it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive your order.
For our Canadian customers, it generally takes 2-3 weeks for you to receive your order after it has shipped.

Also, subtle changes in shades are unavoidable in the manufacturing process from one batch of crystals to the next. We have done our best to ensure that the photos and charts shown provide you with the best representation possible of the items' actual colors. Please note, however, that in some cases, the images you see on your monitor may not reflect the actual colors with total accuracy.
